These three casinos passed the checks we use for our avoid list when we re-tested them in October 2026: a named operator, a licence listed as valid on the regulator’s own register for their domains, published withdrawal limits and complaint routes. They are for readers outside the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia only, and each excludes several more countries, listed below. Passing our checks is a minimum, not a guarantee.

All three are run by the same company, Softon Ltd of Cyprus, under one Anjouan licence. We say so plainly because it matters: a problem with the operator would affect all three brands at once. We may be paid when you sign up through the links on this page, which never changes the facts we report or the statuses on our casinos to avoid list.
What does “passed our checks” mean?
It means that on the date shown each brand met the minimum standard in our method: the terms name the operating company and its registration number, the licence number appears on the Anjouan public register as valid with the brand’s domain listed, withdrawal limits and the complaints route are published, and the domain does not appear on any closure or block list we track for the countries the brand serves.

What it does not mean
It does not mean these casinos are licensed where you live, that they are risk-free, or that every complaint will go your way. An Anjouan licence is an offshore licence. The Anjouan authority does not handle complaints itself: disputes go through the site’s licence seal, the operator has 30 days to respond, and an approved ADR provider follows. National protections such as self-exclusion registers do not apply.
- Offshore licence: fewer published rules on player funds than a licence from your own country.
- Withdrawal caps: a large win is paid in instalments of up to €10,000 a month.
- High bonus multiples: 400% to 777% packages come with wagering and maximum bet rules set in each offer’s terms; read them first, using our guide to bonus terms to avoid.
- Mirror domains: the brands rotate numbered domains, so only use the official link and check the seal on the domain you land on.
Which countries are excluded?
All three brands exclude the same list in their terms (clause 3.1.2): the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Austria, Australia, Cyprus and Sweden. Do not try to get round an exclusion with a VPN: it breaks the terms and gives the casino a ground to void winnings.
Two of those exclusions follow regulator action. Sweden’s Spelinspektionen banned Softon Ltd from offering games in Sweden on 9 July 2026 (decision 26Si1361), naming all ten Softon brands, including these three, and saying that mirror domains do not change the ban. In Australia, ACMA’s blocked list included the Tenobet mirror tenobet44.io when we checked on 15 October 2026. Both decisions are covered on our blocked casinos page.
How do the three compare?
They share an operator, a licence, payment rules and withdrawal limits, so the differences are mainly the welcome package and the product mix. Tenobet adds a sportsbook to its casino, Kingdom Casino has the largest slots package, and Dracula Casino is the newest of the three, with a site first archived in March 2026.
| Brand | Welcome package (October 2026) | Deposits it spans | Products |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tenobet | 400% up to €5,000 | 3 | Casino, live casino, sportsbook |
| Kingdom Casino | 600% up to €9,500 | 4 | Casino, live casino |
| Dracula Casino | 777% up to €7,777 | 5 | Casino, live casino |
A bigger percentage is not better value. Under an offer of 400% on a €100 first deposit you receive €200 of bonus on that deposit (the 200% first step), and every euro of bonus carries the wagering in that offer’s terms. Work out the expected cost before you opt in, or decline the bonus and play with cash only, which keeps your deposit withdrawable.
Why so few casinos?
Because most brands we look at fail at least one check. Many casinos named in older reviews have closed or lost their domains, others hold licences we cannot find on a register, and some have been banned or fined in countries they still serve. We would rather list three brands we have checked than thirty we have not. The page will grow only when more brands pass.
The bar is the same as for our avoid list, applied in reverse. A brand qualifies when its operator is named, its licence is on the regulator’s register with its domain, its withdrawal and complaint rules are published, and nothing on the lists we track contradicts that for the countries it accepts. A brand that passes in one month can fail in the next.
Which payment methods can you use?
All three take card and crypto deposits, and the cashier shown depends on your country. Kingdom Casino’s cashier listed crypto, cards, Google Pay and Revolut when its brand details were checked in October 2026; Tenobet’s lists cards, e-wallets and crypto. Withdrawals usually go back to the deposit method first, and the €100 minimum and monthly cap apply whichever method you use.
Think about the payment method before you deposit. Card payments come with dispute rights within the issuer’s time limits; crypto transfers cannot be reversed once confirmed. Our chargebacks and crypto guide sets out what each method protects. If you want a firm limit, set it in your account before the first deposit rather than relying on willpower during play.
Should you play here if you are self-excluded?
No. Offshore casinos do not check national registers such as GamStop, Spelpaus or BetStop, so registering with one does not block you here. If you have excluded yourself anywhere, please do not use this page. Our self-exclusion guide explains the blocking apps and bank blocks that cover offshore sites, and the responsible gambling page lists free helplines.
How should you use a casino from this page?
Use it the way you would use any offshore casino: small balances, early identity checks, prompt withdrawals. Verify your account before your first withdrawal, keep a copy of the terms and the bonus terms on the day you join, and set a deposit limit in your account settings before your first deposit.
- Check that your country is not on the excluded list.
- Click the licence seal on the domain you land on and confirm it opens anjouangaming.com and lists that domain; our licence check guide shows how.
- Decide whether to take the bonus after reading its wagering, maximum bet and expiry rules.
- Send identity documents when you register, not when you first withdraw.
- Withdraw winnings regularly; do not leave large balances in the account.
How do you complain if something goes wrong?
Start with the casino’s own support and complaints address, in writing, with your account name, the amount and the dates. If the answer does not resolve it, use the complaint form reached through the Anjouan licence seal on the domain you played on. The operator then has 30 days to respond, and an unresolved case can go to an approved ADR provider.
Keep the evidence an adjudicator will ask for: cashier screenshots, withdrawal IDs, the bonus terms you accepted and every message. Our guide on how to complain about a casino has a letter template and timelines, and the withdrawal delays page explains which delays are normal under capped terms like these. Because one company runs all three brands, a complaint about one brand goes to the same operator as the others, so mention any account you hold at a sister brand.
When would a brand leave this page?
Immediately, if a re-check fails. A licence that disappears from the register, a closure notice, a new regulator action in a country the brand serves, or a pattern of unresolved withdrawal complaints would remove it, and we would record the change with its date in the status log. Payment from an operator does not keep a brand here.
If you have used one of these casinos and had a problem with a withdrawal, a bonus or an exclusion, tell us at [email protected] with the dates and evidence. We read every report and re-test brands when readers raise a specific issue.
Frequently asked questions
What is the withdrawal limit at these casinos?
Their terms (clause 6.13) set a minimum withdrawal of €100 and caps of €1,000 a day and €10,000 a month. A large win is therefore paid in instalments, so withdraw the maximum each day it is allowed and keep a record of each payment.
Are these casinos safe?
No casino is risk-free. These three passed our minimum checks in October 2026: a named operator, a licence listed as valid on the Anjouan register for their domains, and published withdrawal and complaint rules. They hold an offshore licence and cap withdrawals at €10,000 a month.
Who runs Tenobet, Kingdom Casino and Dracula Casino?
All three are run by Softon Ltd, registered in Cyprus under HE 463977, under Anjouan licence ALSI-202409012-FI1. The Anjouan register listed the licence as valid from 7 September 2024 to 6 September 2027 when we checked on 15 October 2026.
Can I play from Sweden or Australia?
No. All three exclude Sweden and Australia in their terms, along with the US, UK, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Austria and Cyprus. Spelinspektionen banned Softon Ltd from the Swedish market on 9 July 2026.
Why do these casinos use different domain numbers?
They rotate numbered mirror domains, and the official sign-up links forward to the current one. Only use the official link, and check that the licence seal on the domain you land on opens the Anjouan register and lists that domain.
Do you get paid for listing these casinos?
We may be paid when readers sign up through the links on this page. Payment does not decide which brands appear, and it never changes statuses on our avoid list or the facts we report about these brands.
